Massages
Deep Tissue: $80 per Hour | $110 per 1 1/2 Hour
Hot Stone Massage
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are arranged on precise parts of your body.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage involves the application of sustained pressure utilizing slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a more intentional form of deep tissue massage. With a sports massage, stretching is incorporated and the session may be targeted to a specific part of the body.
Trigger Point Massage
Trigger point massage targets any particular tight area within your muscle tissue that shoots pain to other parts of your body.
Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu is based on traditional Japanese massage therapy. Shiatsu works with the body’s energy flow, known as Ki or Qi (pronounced chee). It uses acupressure to release tension and bring balance to the body.
Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu massage is a massage technique that utilizes deep pressure from the therapist’s bare feet. In this treatment, the therapist stands on the table while holding onto bars over their head for support and stability.
Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is a massage that focuses on the application of various amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears— based on the theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.
